Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: July 5, 2026
Our Commitment
TAKE INTEREST Inc. is committed to making our website and products accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This standard serves as the framework for global accessibility compliance, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the U.S., the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and EN 301 549 in the EU, the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), and other international accessibility regulations.
Conformance Standard
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all pages of takeinterest.ai and the GuardClaw dashboard. This includes the four principles of accessibility:
- Perceivable: Content is presented in ways all people can perceive, including text alternatives for images, sufficient color contrast, and resizable text.
- Operable: All functionality is available via keyboard. Navigation is consistent, and people have enough time to interact with content.
- Understandable: Content is readable and predictable. Forms provide clear labels, error messages, and instructions.
- Robust: Content works with current and future assistive technologies, including screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
What We Do
- Provide descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images.
- Maintain a minimum 4.5:1 color contrast ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text, in both light and dark themes.
- Support keyboard navigation for all interactive elements.
- Include a "Skip to main content" link on every page.
- Use semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy and ARIA landmark roles.
- Respect the
prefers-reduced-motionoperating system setting, disabling all animations when enabled. - Provide an in-page motion toggle for people who prefer to disable animations manually.
- Ensure 3D visualizations have static fallbacks and are marked with appropriate ARIA attributes for screen readers.
- Label all form fields and provide clear error messages that do not rely on color alone.
- Use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification, which does not require people to solve visual puzzles.
Known Limitations
We are actively working to improve accessibility. Current known limitations include:
- Some interactive chart components within blog posts may have limited keyboard navigation. We are adding full arrow-key support.
- Third-party embedded content (such as external dashboards) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.
We track these issues internally and prioritize fixes in our development process.
Feedback and Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, we want to hear about it. Please contact us so we can address the issue:
- Email: accessibility@takeinterest.ai
- Contact form: /contact
- Response time: We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and resolve reported barriers within 30 days.
Assessment and Testing
We evaluate our accessibility through a combination of:
- Automated testing tools during development.
- Manual keyboard and screen reader testing (VoiceOver on macOS, NVDA on Windows).
- Code-level audits against the full WCAG 2.1 AA checklist.
- Regular reviews as part of our pre-deployment process.
Enforcement and Legal
This statement applies to all pages and applications under takeinterest.ai, published in the US and worldwide. We recognize our global accessibility obligations, including ADA Title III in the US and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) internationally, and are committed to meeting the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard.
